What is a DTF gang sheet builder?
A direct-to-film gang sheet builder lets you arrange several designs on one transfer sheet. You set each design’s print dimensions, quantities and placement before printing. Combining artwork into a shared layout helps your shop plan sheet space and prepare repeat jobs.
Manual control with GangForge Basic
Basic is planned at $29.99 per month per store. Upload multiple artwork files, set individual sizes and quantities, and arrange fixed-size sheets with drag, resize and rotate tools. Review artwork quality warnings before approving a layout. Your shop chooses a 13-inch or 23-inch working width during account setup.
Automatic gang sheet layout with GangForge Pro
Pro is planned at $49.99 per month per store. It adds automatic image nesting, rolling sheets that grow with the artwork, automatic length calculation and the ForgeStudio artwork toolkit. Flat monthly pricing for your print shop
Both planned subscriptions include unlimited gang sheets, with no GangForge commission, paid credits or usage charges. Basic provides manual layout; automatic nesting and rolling sheets are Pro features. Shopify subscriptions and payment-processing fees are separate. Paid GangForge plans are not available to purchase yet.
Planned Shopify order workflow
- Your customer uploads artwork and sets dimensions and quantities.
- The customer builds a sheet, reviews quality warnings and approves the artwork.
- The planned Shopify integration supplies a print-file download link in the order metafield for your production team.
Development status: Shopify app installation, checkout, automated production-file delivery, live accounts and cloud history are in development. Demo access does not place an order or start a paid subscription. Treat the demos as a way to evaluate the tools before launch.
Saved designs and repeat orders
Both planned tiers include a portal for saved designs and recent orders. The current demos let you explore the workspace; production account storage and retention terms will be published before signup. Direct Google Drive saving and direct Canva account linking are not connected yet.

Does Basic automatically arrange artwork?
No. Basic uses manual arrangement. Pro adds automatic nesting and rolling sheets.
Can the builder restore detail that is missing from low-resolution artwork?
A DPI check helps identify artwork that may look soft at its chosen print size. Resizing a file does not guarantee new image detail. Review the original artwork and approve any quality limitations before printing.
Can I compare GangForge with another gang sheet builder?
